time)?”

TIME, TALENT, TREASURE
We’re part of a
large “household” (i.e., H of Faith)
We’re
“employees”, not owners (what we have is not
ours)
We have been
placed in a position of trust
Our assignment is “careful and responsible
management”
Gen
2:2-3 By the seventh day
God had finished the work he had been doing; so on
the seventh day he restedfrom all his work. And God blessed the seventh day and made it
holy, because on it he rested from all the work of
creating that he had done.

Come to me. Get away with me and you'll recover your
life. I'll show you how to take a real rest. Walk
with me and work with me — watch how I do it.
Learn the
unforced rhythms of grace. I won't lay
anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company
with me and you'll learn to live freely and
lightly."
